Do you work on weekends and bank holidays? If you do, are the prices the same?
Yes, we are open from Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. For the peace of your mind, all of our prices remain the same and we do not charge extra for weekend appointments.
Are there any hidden charges?
Charges for a parking spot may be added as we require customers to provide such. Also, please note that not all of our cleaning services include the cleaning equipment. We bring and use our own cleaning equipment for: End of tenancy cleaning, Oven cleaning and Carpet cleaning. If you book us for a Deep cleaning, After builders cleaning or Regular cleaning, please note that you need to provide the equipment or request such at an additional charge.
Clean sofa and carpets are important to me because have an allergy and I get a running nose and itchy eyes whenever the concentration of dust particles in the indoor air is too high. You did a great job with the sofa, but I did not know you also offer carpet cleaning and other services. Next time, I will book more than one service.
